Job Summary
A selection of your responsibilities within your role:
- Handling claims and statistical analysis and reporting on regular basis
- Executing Own Brand Risk assessments
- Monitor and maintain up to date information related to food safety quality and safety certifications analysis plan laboratory test & audit reports
- Organize and maintain up to date documents archived online in the collaboration room and Databank Systems (products traceability and suppliers) of Rotterdam Trading Office
- Schedule first delivery check and pre-shipment check archiving and follow up pre-shipment checklists
- and many more!
Qualifications :
If you are
- If you are good at communication are ready for new experiences and engaged to reach your potential
- Fluent in English (Dutch is an asset!)
- You can operate well in a supervised capacity and have the ability to manage your own tasks
- You are innovative and skilled in problem-solving target result and service oriented
Have
- A minimum Bachelor degree in food science food safety quality technical or business related field from an accredited 4-year university
- Have minimum 2 year experience in a similar role as specialist
- Ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines
- Knowledge of EU Regulations on Food Safety matters
