We are seeking an experienced Cluster Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for Accor Jordan encompassing Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and Grand Mercure. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications the Marketing Manager will support in developing executing and optimizing integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness drive revenue and enhance guest engagement across the cluster.
You will ensure that all marketing activities reflect the unique DNA of each brand aligning creativity with commercial impact while maintaining consistency with Accors global standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Marketing & Communications in developing comprehensive marketing plans budgets and brand strategies for all properties in the cluster.
- Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns across digital social and traditional channels to drive visibility and revenue.
- Coordinate with the Cluster Digital Manager to manage online presence website updates paid media and performance analytics.
- Work closely with Department Heads and their teams to develop marketing tools and communication materials that support business goals.
- Collaborate with external agencies designers and production vendors to create compelling content and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Maintain relationships with local media influencers and partners to maximize exposure and earned media opportunities.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Lead brand activations events and photo/video shoots that highlight the spirit of Accors brands and enhance guest engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations on marketing performance ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications :
What we are looking for...
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Minimum 35 years of experience in hospitality or luxury brand marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing brand management and integrated communications.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple properties or projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication writing and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- High level of creativity attention to detail and ability to translate brand vision into impactful campaigns.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
- Confident working in a fast-paced environment and managing stakeholders at all levels.
