Leading the reservations team youll recruit train and inspire the best talent to deliver efficiency and warm hospitality . From quotes to cancellations no guest request will ever be beyond your expertise.

When it comes to reservations and distribution systems (TARS PMS IDEAS Opera Cloud...) we can say youre fluent.
Your organisational skills Legendary! Your communication Crystal clear!
You could have been a chess grandmaster - calculating risks spotting opportunities and always keeping the big picture in mind.
Your Excel spreadsheets and reports are your type of modern art.
Youre fluent in Italian and in English because Mama is all around the world. A third one would be a plus.
