Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and self-motivated Python Developer with AI/ML expertise to join our growing tech team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development using Python along with hands-on experience in machine learning GenAI or artificial intelligence projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build deploy and optimize intelligent systems and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain robust Python-based applications and APIs.
- Build and deploy machine learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or Scikit-learn.
- Preprocess and analyze structured and unstructured data for AI model training.
- Collaborate with data scientists product managers and engineers to develop AI-powered features.
- Optimize model performance ensure scalability and integrate models into production systems.
- Write clean efficient and testable code following best practices.
- Conduct unit testing debugging and performance tuning of applications.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in AI ML and Python development.
Qualifications :
To succeed in this position you must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 3 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms.
- Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow Keras PyTorch Scikit-learn).
- Proficient in data manipulation using Pandas NumPy etc.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs Docker and Git.
- Familiarity with model deployment and MLOps is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS GCP Azure) for ML workloads.
- Knowledge of NLP computer vision or generative AI models.
- Familiarity with data pipelines ETL processes or big data tools (e.g. Spark).
