- Perform defined business process activities in key go-to-market applications
- Surface potential process enhancements to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Execute data hygiene activities across multiple areas such as Leads Contacts Accounts Opportunities and Renewals
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues assess data completeness and manage bulk data cleanup and reassignment within marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Work on account and opportunity management by reviewing account approvals updating account hierarchy and territory models
- Support initiatives related to data integrity for operational or strategic projects
- Scope current/future requirements conduct diagnostic and implement data fixes and establish monitoring and governance in adherence to standards and processes
- Work with cross-functional operations teams and lines of business to standardize best practices and achieve operational efficiency/standardization

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience in relevant roles such as Sales/Revenue Operations Data or Finance
- Knowledge of B2B tech go-to-market processes and tools/technologies including SFDC CPQ and marketing automation platforms
- Prior experience in SaaS/Subscription recurring revenue model is preferred
- Advanced in Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to thrive in an open-ended cross-functional role work in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and be challenged
- Team player with ability to work with peers and stakeholders across global departments
- A smart bold but humble attitude
