Branch Operations Manager

What Youll Be Doing

As a Branch Operations Manager youll be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead the delivery of protective services across a defined client portfolio ensuring all contractual obligations are met with excellence.
• Financial Accountability: Jointly own the branch P&L with the Protective Services Development Manager ensuring margin targets are met or exceeded.
• Service Excellence: Drive high-quality service delivery through proactive planning continuous improvement and alignment with client SLAs and KPIs.
• Workforce Planning: Ensure effective resourcing scheduling and training of officers and employees to meet operational demands.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with clients attending KPI/SLA meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse branch KPIs across people safety operations customer satisfaction and financial performance.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of recognition development and high engagement promoting the companys core values of Integrity Vigilance and Helpfulness.
• Succession Planning: Identify and develop talent within the branch to ensure long-term capability and service continuity.
• Process Improvement: Champion a continuous improvement mindset using data and business intelligence to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture ensuring all policies procedures and training are adhered to.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Protective Services Development Manager and support departments to ensure seamless service delivery and internal alignment.
• Strategic Contribution: Support the achievement of broader business goals by contributing to strategic planning and execution at the branch level.

• Right to Work in the UK 5 year checkable work history.
• Great communicator with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
