Job Summary

This is a regular full-time position and is located in Mississauga ON.

  • Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
  • Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
  • Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
  • Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy

 


Qualifications :

To join our team you need:

  • Previous retail or heavy vehicle parts industry experience preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills including coaching motivating and developing staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with the team customers and vendors.
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills to manage store operations efficiently.
