Job Summary
We are launching a brand new Drive Thru GYG at Bateau Bay early next year and we are on the hunt for an amazing Assistant Restaurant Manager!!
At Guzman y Gomez we believe in authentic flavors and the power of food to bring people together. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at GYG you will be supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations as well as guiding the team through bustling service periods. You will spearhead crew training elevate the guest experience and contribute to the management of inventory and finances.
