Job Summary
Development is the largest discipline at Endava. Our developers design build and release software products using modern programming languages frameworks and libraries. Working closely with cross-functional teams our developers are adaptable problem-solvers with a strong client focus.
As a Python Senior Developer at Endava you will play a key role in delivering scalable backend and cloud-based solutions using Python and modern frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python (Django Flask or FastAPI).
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle from technical design to deployment.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines unit/integration tests and reusable code aligned with best practices.
Collaborate with QAs frontend developers and other technical roles to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Work on cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS Azure or GCP.
Engage in code reviews backlog refinement and solution discussions.
Ensure technical alignment with architectural patterns and non-functional requirements.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications :
68 years of backend development experience ideally in cloud environments.
Proficiency in Python and at least one major framework (Django Flask or FastAPI).
Experience with RESTful APIs containerization (Docker) and microservice architectures.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
Familiarity with CI/CD practices and infrastructure-as-code concepts.
Bonus: Experience with data engineering tools such as Spark Databricks Airflow or Pandas.
Exposure to frontend technologies (React Angular or ) is a plus.
Strong communication skills and team collaboration experience.
Advanced English level mandatory.
