Next-Generation GenAI Chat Services: Leveraging the power of advanced language models to provide intelligent context-aware communication solutions for internal operations and customer interactions.

Enterprise-Grade Chatbot Platform: Creating a robust scalable infrastructure to support AI-driven conversational interfaces across multiple touchpoints within our organization.

Intelligent AI Agent Service: Developing a sophisticated system that combines machine learning and natural language processing to automate complex tasks and enhance decision-making processes.

Comprehensive Security Guardrails: Implementing state-of-the-art security measures and protocols to ensure the utmost protection of sensitive data and maintain compliance with global financial regulations.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree OR 3 years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years of work experience.
Bachelors degree with a minimum of two years of relevant professional experience or Masters degree with at least one year of relevant professional experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience in developing highly available and scalable RESTful services using Python. Experience with Java Go Rust or any other object-oriented programming language is a plus.
Hands-on experience with design and development tools like IntelliJ VSCode Postman and Jupiter.
Expertise in evaluating various large language models (LLMs) assessing their performance and comparing their capabilities to identify suitable models based on business requirements.
Proven experience in machine learning model fine-tuning and optimization.
Strong knowledge of knowledge graph construction and management.
Proficiency in vector embedding techniques and their applications.
Proficiency with AI assisted coding tools (e.g. Cline Aider GitHub Copilot) and chat-based IDE workflows.
Hands-on experience with AI model APIs and AI agent frameworks.
Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch or similar.
Familiarity with the Nvidia ecosystem including CUDA and other relevant tools.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Google Cloud Azure).
Proficiency in working with both RDBMS (preferably MySQL) and NoSQL databases (preferably Cassandra).
Knowledge of Git for version control
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Solid understanding of software development best practices and principles.
Experience with Agile methodologies and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.  The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 97800.00 to 138550.00 USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge skills experience and addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
