About the role Mō te tūranga mahi

As a Recovery Assistant you will provide rehabilitation support & services to our clients recovering from injuries to help them return to independence. This role is computer based and involves supporting clients recovery through phone calls emails and allocated tasks.

At times your role will include:

  • Having difficult conversations and delivering unfavourable news
  • Setting clear expectations around what support we can and cannot provide
  • Making final decisions in situations that arent black and white

We are recruiting for the Level 1 Recovery Assistant role.

This role has a set start date of Thursday 15 January 2026youll work fixed hours during the training period to ensure youre fully supported as you learn.

If successful youll work 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:30pm.

The indicative starting salary in this role is $67442 a 9% superannuation contribution.
