Clinical Nurse Specialist (Community) - Band 6
Full-Time - 37.5 Hours Per Week
Salary: 36031 - 43388 Per Annum(depending on qualifications & experience)
This is an exciting opportunity for anindividual who is interested in palliative care and end of life care to join our dynamic specialist team.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated experienced Registered Nurse to join the multi-disciplinary team in the provision of specialist palliative care to patients and their families.
The post holder will need to be able to work autonomously and be responsible for complex holistic assessments and planning care to meet patients practical psychological spiritual and social needs. They will work closely with primary and secondary care professionals and Hospice colleagues and good communication and team working skills are essential.
Whilst the role can be busy and challenging there is great reward in helping make a real difference to the quality of life and symptom control to those with life limiting conditions.
