Location/Division Specific Information

Join our dynamic team in Monza Italy at Thermo Fisher Scientifics Pharmaceutical Services Group (PSG) where we strive for excellence in every project.

A day in the Life:

• Guide project teams in successfully completing capital projects in emphasizing sterile suite and utility alterations.
• Work together with Thermofisher Global Engineering to complete projects across the Thermofisher network
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to define user requirements and refine project scope.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
• Select direct and coordinate contractor and vendor work to enable successful project delivery and implementation.
• Develop review and understand engineering drawings that include equipment recommendations and utility/facility changes. Specify construction methods to achieve the desired objectives.

Education

• Bachelor in Engineering field (Chemical Mechanical or related) or equivalent experience.

Experience

• 2 years of experience in engineering and facility construction in Pharmaceutical Food and Beverage Packaging or Aseptic background is preferred.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

• Familiarity with Clean Utilities MEP Civil subject areas
• Strong understanding of quality and regulatory requirements for GMP in Pharmaceutical environments
• Experience in capital projects engineering and construction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse teams contractors suppliers and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
