What awaits you/ Job Profile

Configuration of partial build-ups in vehicle projects and collaboration with colleagues from development to define hardware package configurations for homologations and tests of future vehicles.

You are responsible for configuring of the partial build ups within vehicle projects.

Together with colleagues from the development and production areas you will also define the appropriate configuration of hardware packages as partial build ups of vehicles in order to enable homologations proofs tests and verification for future vehicles and vehicle technologies.

With the help of different IT systems and virtual presentation in 3D/Siemens Teamcenter you digitally determine this configuration down to component level and order it.

You validate the completeness and accuracy of the data using modern data processing systems.

The intensive coordination with process partners within the vehicle project on the progress of providing test hardware and transmitting the information to the test engineers rounds off your activity profile.

What should you bring along

• A keen eye for detail and a strong analytical mindset
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Must have technical skill

• Degree in MINT technology with a focus on automotive engineering logistics computer science industrial engineering etc.
• Vehicle knowledge (deep technical understanding of components and their interactions vehicle technology and automotive technologies etc.).
• Affinity for IT systems (SAP TaKo DAVE SPEED LES AU Order Qlik VDK gAMS ABT Teamcenter data processing systems virtual representation of vehicle geometries vehicle design and components).
• Experience in project work.
