Your Daily Responsibilities and Focus
This role requires you to be the primary point of contact for customers communicating predominantly via phone (approximately 70% of interactions) supplemented by chat and email. You will manage two critical streams of service:
- Supporting Users (Drivers): You will address technical issues with mobile applications handle account management requests guide users through session procedures and process payment/refund inquiries.
- Supporting Business Clients (Owners): Your expertise will be used to troubleshoot station malfunctions arrange necessary equipment replacements assist with complex pricing configurations and manage accessibility settings.
Your core mission is to resolve inquiries swiftly provide clear patient guidance and apply strong problem-solving skills to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Key Skills and Experience Required
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Exceptional fluency in French (C1) and good professional competency in English (B2).
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills for phone-based advising.
- Proven ability to juggle and prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- A meticulous approach to work with excellent attention to detail.
- At least six months of prior experience within the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector.
