As a Customer Service Representative youll support our clients with care empathy and professionalism turning every interaction into a positive experience.
Whether its by chat phone or email youll be the problem-solver the listener and the reason they smile at the end of the call.
This opportunity is also ideal for couples who are looking to start an international career together and share a new professional adventure.
What Youll Do:

Provide exceptional customer support in your native language and English.

Identify customer needs and deliver the best possible solutions.

Handle inquiries complaints and requests with patience and professionalism.

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless resolutions.

Maintain accurate records and contribute to a positive team spirit.
What You Bring:

Fluency in one of the listed languages and good English (B2 level or higher).

A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Flexibility to work in rotative shifts (MondaySunday 24/7) with two rotating days off.

Experience in customer service is a plus but your attitude and motivation matter most.
