Role Overview
Join the support team of a leading corporate travel management platform that empowers business travelers and global companies with innovative seamless travel solutions. As a Customer Support Representative (German English) you will assist corporate clients with travel bookings itinerary changes and expense-related queriesmaking every business journey smooth supported and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone chat or email related to flight hotel and transportation bookings
- Manage itinerary modifications cancellations and compliance with travel policies
- Support customers with travel expense reports and platform navigation
- Deliver exceptional service to business travelers executive assistants and corporate stakeholders
- Troubleshoot platform or system issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in English
- Consistently meet quality compliance and service-level goals
Compensation & Benefits
Base Package:
- 4000 BGN gross monthly salary
- 300 BGN gross performance bonus
- 1000 BGN Welcome Bonus
