Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Electrical or related field)
Proven track record in process improvement within a manufacturing environment
Strong PLC troubleshooting experience
Minimum 3 years of experience (5 preferred) in the automotive industry
Stable work history with consistent career progression
Candidates must not be former employees of the company

Preferred Profile:

Hands-on engineer with a continuous improvement mindset
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience mentoring or developing junior engineers is a plus
