Job Summary
Camunda BPMN Lead - Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Camunda BPMN Lead to join our team onsite in Mount Laurel NJ. This is a Contract position requiring a total of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
What Youll Bring:
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing Camunda BPMN processes (or similar Business Process Management tools).
- Proficiency in Java programming along with experience in Microservices architecture and Orchestration capabilities.
- Familiarity with event streaming (messaging) systems.
- Understanding of various database technologies including Relational (Oracle SQL Server) and/or NoSQL.
- Demonstrated experience in the Credit Card industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations:
- Lead and mentor team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently.
- Collaborate effectively with technical teams business stakeholders architecture groups and leadership.
- Apply Agile development methodologies and leverage CI/CD tools to streamline development.
- Utilize excellent problem-solving debugging and analytical skills to address complex challenges.
- Be a crucial part of the team demonstrating both technical proficiency and business/leadership acumen to deliver key capabilities for the Line of Business (LOB).
