Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Manufacturing Project Manager to oversee and manage manufacturing projects from initial estimate through completion. This role is perfect for candidates with manufacturing experience who are detail-oriented self-driven and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously. You will manage all aspects of a project including engineering purchasing materials quality and installation to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate job quotes estimates and proposals
Manage project execution including engineering material procurement production quality control and installation
Monitor project schedules to ensure on-time and on-budget completion
Analyze project feedback and data to improve future processes
Communicate effectively with all internal departments and customers
Engage with customers to ensure project requirements are fully understood and met

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in reading and interpreting mechanical blueprints
Associate degree or higher in engineering or related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Minimum of five years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new products and processes
Excellent time management organizational skills and ability to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite especially Outlook and Excel

Preferred Skills

Experience with AutoCAD Solid Works and E-Drawings
Background in manufacturing including metal fabrication injection molding machinery carpentry plumbing or electrical work
