Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets across outsourcing business development facility/event management executive search and consulting.
  • Prepare and manage annual/quarterly sales budgets and oversee daily lead management (Bitrix).
  • Drive new client acquisition while ensuring 98% client retention through strong relationship management.
  • Ensure compliance accurate documentation and timely project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Sales or Marketing.
  • 6-8 years of sales experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong track record in meeting sales targets and managing teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM/lead generation tools and excellent communication skills.
