Your Mission:
Join our dynamic team in Bucharest as a Customer Support Specialist for our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) operations.
Youll play a key role in ensuring compliance monitoring financial transactions and supporting clients with professionalism and precision.

What Youll Do:

Conduct AML investigations and perform transaction monitoring.

Support French-speaking clients with inquiries related to compliance and AML processes.

Analyze and report suspicious activity ensuring adherence to legal requirements.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver accurate and efficient results.

Maintain organized documentation and ensure transparency in case handling.
What You Bring:

Fluency in French (spoken and written).

Minimum 1 year of experience in the AML domain.

Proven expertise in AML investigations and transaction monitoring.

Previous experience in the banking or financial services sector.
