Could you be the full-time Quality Director - D&IS in Bangalore were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your quality management expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.

Youll drive excellence by ensuring that the deliveries from the Function/Business meet the highest quality standards. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering procurement and industrial teams) oversee quality strategy implementation and much more.

Youll specifically take care of deploying quality policies and tools across the D&IS domain but also lead continuous improvement initiatives and manage quality processes.

Well look to you for:

  • Developing a Quality Action Plan to foster a culture of Right First Time.

  • Ensuring alignment of QCD objectives with contractual and regulatory obligations.

  • Driving continuous improvement plans to reduce CONQ NCR safety issues and demerits.

  • Managing quality process ownership for activities specific to the Rail Control (D&IS) domain.

  • Deploying quality policies and ensuring safety and quality assessments of products and services.

  • Leading managing and developing quality teams while deploying standard tools and indicators.

  • Ensuring compliance with QMS standards including ISO9001 IRIS CMMI and ECM requirements.

  • Degree in Technical or Quality Engineering (Masters degree preferred).

  • More than 20 years of experience in quality supplier quality engineering procurement or industrial domains.

  • Experience in using quality tools (e.g. problem-solving and risk management tools).

  • Knowledge of railway industry standards certifications and processes.

  • Proven ability to manage local and global stakeholders.

  • Fluency in English (mandatory).

  • Strong leadership communication and team management skills especially in multicultural environments.

  • Customer-oriented data-driven and results-focused mindset.
