Your Mission

As a German-speaking Customer Support Agent youll be the friendly voice and helpful hand for travelers worldwide. Whether its a booking issue payment question or special request youll make sure every customer receives the support they deserve.

Typical Day

Assist customers in German and English through calls emails and chats
Handle booking changes cancellations and general inquiries
Ensure each travelers issue is solved efficiently
Stay informed on policies and updates
Work closely with your team to provide excellent service

What You Bring

C1 level German B2 English
Based in Greece with EU citizenship or valid work permit
Great communication and problem-solving skills
Flexibility for rotating shifts (MonSun)
