Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to French-speaking prospects and existing clients

Handle inbound leads and convert inquiries into successful sales

Present company products/services clearly and confidently

Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions

Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience

Update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve performance
Requirements

Native/Fluent level of French (C2)
-
Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
-
Previous telesales or outbound sales experience preferred
-
Strong communication negotiation and closing skills
-
Self-motivated resilient and target-driven personality
-
Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively

Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
