Youll be working on-site with a supportive international team helping users via phone email or chat all while living and working in one of Europes sunniest and most historic destinations!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Responding to customer inquiries with professionalism empathy and clarity
• Handling requests via phone email and chat in Danish
• Troubleshooting technical or account-related issues
• Escalating complex cases when necessary
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups
• Maintaining accurate records in internal systems
