Your Mission:
Were looking for a Live Expert to join our international team in Barcelona!
In this role youll engage directly with Dutch and English-speaking customers through live chat and video to provide support guidance and product expertise.
Your goal To create a seamless and engaging customer experience that leaves every client satisfied and confident.
What Youll Do:

Interact with customers via live chat video and email in Dutch and English.

Provide detailed product information and personalized recommendations.

Troubleshoot customer issues and ensure efficient problem resolution.

Maintain accurate customer records and feedback for process improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to deliver the best customer experience.
What You Bring:

Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Friendly confident and empathetic approach to customer interaction.

Strong technical understanding and ability to adapt quickly.

Previous experience in customer service sales or technical support is a plus.
