Job Summary
Shangri-LaBoracay
Located in the countrys premier beach destination Shangri-LaBoracay is a luxurious and serene haven for vacationers. Dramatically situated on a hillside in a flourishing nature reserve at the northern tip of Boracay Island the 12-hectare resort is a 10-minute drive from the popular White Beach. As an Employee Relations we rely on you to:
- Keeps record of all the employee activities conducted and the expenses incurred.
- Assists in disseminating information relevant to the general staff.
- Maintains confidentiality of specified information as needed and instructed.
- Tracking and follow-up of all departmental Dialogue sessions.
- Maintains good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote employee satisfaction.
- Provides first-level support of employee relations matters and uses judgment to give direction to employees or involve higher-level management.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has an experience with a 5-star hotel in the same capacity preferably
- Is friendly and helpful organized
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English
- Is detail-oriented creative and has the ability to drive change
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft programs e.g. Excel Powerpoint word
- Has strong interpersonal skills
