Responsibilities
- Supervise daily housekeeping operations including guestrooms public areas and back-of-house cleanliness.
- Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned maintained and presented to the highest standards.
- Lead train and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver efficient and quality service.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene safety and appearance standards.
- Coordinate with Front Office Laundry and Engineering for smooth daily operations.
- Monitor inventory levels of linens cleaning supplies and guest amenities.
- Handle guest requests and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage administrative tasks such as duty rosters reports and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of housekeeping experience in an international hotel including supervisory level.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards procedures and equipment handling.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Computer literate and familiar with housekeeping management systems.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
- Detail-oriented service-minded and able to work under pressure.
