As a Field Engineer youll be on-site in Granby CO supporting project execution from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where youll gain exposure to surveying layout installation and project management all while learning directly from experienced superintendents and project leaders. What Youll Do
- Read and interpret project plans specifications and technical drawings.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and track materials delivered to the job site.
- Assist with layout site setup and equipment installation strategies.
- Maintain daily logs including weather photos and equipment reports.
- Monitor weather delays and report time and material changes.
- Support jobsite safety by performing inspections and documenting toolbox talks.
- Compile submittals documentation and redlined as-built drawings.
- Collaborate with superintendents project managers subcontractors and field crews to keep projects on track.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Working knowledge of surveying site layout and interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with crews and project leaders.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt in the field.
- Nice to have: Experience on water or wastewater infrastructure projects.
