In the role of The Flavour Kitchen Line Lead. The Flavour Kitchen Lead is located at the Toronto Brewery and has 24 hour accountability for results ownership and responsibility to drive Daily Management Systems (DMS) and organizational health of their area of responsibility. As the line Lead you will be responsible for managing and improving results necessary to achieve the Compelling Business Need (CBN) and Site Master Plan through rigorous application of Continuous improvement tools. The majority of the individuals time will be spent on the floor working with the teams and building capability of the people in their area and removing roadblocks to best support the team.
This position reports to Director of Brewing.

Job Posting Total RewardsOfferings: $100400.00 - $131800.00 (posting salary range) 13% target short term incentive $11000 on average spent on benefits per employee including but not limited to health dental vision retirement with above market employer match wellness incentives and EAP paid time off (including holidays vacation days and sick days).
