Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Learning Specialist to join our team this role you will design develop and deliver engaging learning experiences that drive professional growth and skill development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs create tailored learning solutions and ensure the successful implementation of educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop interactive learning materials including e-learning modules workshops and training guides.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback assessments and performance metrics.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Learning Specialist Instructional Designer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
