### Job Description: Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate
#### Location: Multiple Offices
#### Overview:
We are seeking a Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate with up to three years of experience in all aspects of financial restructuring and bankruptcy including complex Chapter 11 cases. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of skilled professionals. #### Qualifications:
- **Education**: Juris Doctorate (JD) required.
- **Licensing**: Must be licensed to practice in the state where the office is located.
#### Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
- Strong academic record with excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Court experience preferred.
- Bankruptcy clerkship preferred.
#### Work Environment & Physical Demands:
This position operates in a clerical office setting. The role routinely uses standard office equipment including computers telephones printers and copiers.
