About the Role

Project Lift a multi-state Retro Fitness franchise group backed by BlackRock is growing quickly across Texas Florida and New York. Were seeking a Group Exercise Director to oversee our Florida region which includes all clubs in Miami-Dade Broward and Palm Beach Counties.

This position leads instructor hiring class programming and quality control across multiple clubs. The right candidate can manage remotely build smart systems and energize every clubs group exercise experience.

Responsibilities

Recruit onboard and develop group fitness instructors across all Florida clubs
Maintain class schedules and regional sub lists
Ensure all instructors maintain valid certifications (Group Fitness CPR/AED)
Conduct virtual and in-person class audits for quality and consistency
Support Club and Fitness Managers with scheduling coaching and engagement
Partner on presale events and local member activations

Qualifications

3 years of multi-site or regional group exercise leadership preferred
Nationally recognized certification (AFAA ACE NASM ISSA etc.)
CPR/AED certified
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proven ability to manage teams remotely
Willingness to travel 3050% across South Florida

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensation: $65000.00 per year
