ROLE SUMMARY
The Director of Primary Care US Operations & Channel Effectiveness will provide comprehensive business support to the U.S. President for Primary Care and PCUS Customer and Channels lead including coordinating activities across the U.S. Primary Care business as well as ensuring alignment with key enabling/platform functions across the enterprise.
The Director will also provide dedicated support the US Customer and Channels Group in establishing and managing operational processes insights and management structures across our U.S. go to market channels translating business strategies into operational plans and aligned objectives across brands.
This role will anticipate identify understand engage in and support effective prioritization of issues and opportunities across the business and ensure initiatives are completed in a timely and effective manner.
The successful candidate will operate in an agile environment requiring dynamic thinking action and ability to enable rapid prioritization of activities.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day operational support for the Primary Care U.S. President via support of key interactions meetings presentations etc. and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
As a strategic thought partner and operational effectiveness lead for the PCUS Customer and Channels Group (CCG) ensure that clear and consistent channel strategies are established and implement operational processes to consistently set customer and portfolio priorities and reassess routinely.
