Your key responsibilities include:

• You are the first point of contact for our international guests and handle individual guest reservations.
• You independently manage general correspondence within the reservations department.
• You prepare offers and booking confirmations for individual reservations.
• As an organizational talent you ensure smooth coordination and processes.
• Thanks to your expertise you know how to handle guest complaints and find solutions youve learned that even negative impressions can be turned into positive memories with the right attitude.

• Youre eager to grow every day learn new things and be part of a warm and ambitious team.
• You stay calm and focused even in stressful situations.
• You enjoy advising our national and international guests over the phone in both German and English with a professional and polished manner.
• Your communicative personality sets you apart and you feel confident in both German and English any additional language is a plus.
• Ideally you already have some experience working with the hotel software Opera.
