About the role
As a Payroll & Benefits Administration Specialist youll play a key role in delivering high-quality compensation and benefits services in UK. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision compliance and continuous improvement in HR operations.
Youllmanage payroll benefits time & attendance and offboarding processes while ensuring compliance with local support audits drive automation initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver seamless Total Rewards services.
About you
You bring strong experience in HR operations and a passion for deliveringaccurate compliant and employee-focused Total Rewards -oriented proactive and thrive in a dynamic international environment.
You will also bring:
A degree in Human Resources Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3years of experience in Payroll and Benefits Administration
Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactorsProtime and ServiceNow
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in UK
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive process improvements
Proficiency in English any other European language is a plus
A proactive self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
