- Collect analyze and interpret complex logistics data including inventory levels shipping times transportation costs and delivery performance.
- Develop and maintain databases of logistics information ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and present detailed reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of implemented strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the supply chain including warehousing transportation inventory management and order fulfillment.
- Propose and implement process improvements to streamline operations reduce waste and improve service levels.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Support the planning and execution of inventory replenishment strategies.
Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field. Relevant certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience (3 years) in a logistics analysis supply chain or operations role.
- Strong ability to collect analyze and interpret large datasets identify trends and draw actionable conclusions.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables VLOOKUPs advanced formulas).
- Experience with logistics software and systems (e.g. ERP systems CRM data visualization tools).
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities.
