Job Description:

Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Data Analyst at Cincinnati OH!

We are seeking a detailoriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting processing and analyzing large datasets to provide insights that will help drive business decisions. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations improving operational efficiency and enhancing strategic decisionmaking.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and understand different client business and their business processes.

• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends patterns and correlations delivering insights that help optimize business performance.

• Requirements gathering and analysis Design and Unit test Documentation Defining and Providing

• Drive business impact and productivity through automation advance data analytics dashboard development

• Develop and present reports dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.

• Work closely with stakeholders and crossfunctional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

• Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the companys operational processes recommending datadriven solutions.

• Open for working on new transformation projects / solutions in supply chain contract management AMS and cost and financial data.

• Ensure that all data is handled in compliance with company policies and industry regulations regarding privacy and security.

• Use and enhance the companys existing analytics tools (e.g. Spotfire Excel Power BI Tableau etc. to improve reporting capabilities.

• Adhoc Analysis: Provide analytical support for special projects as required to assist with decisionmaking at all levels of the organization.

• Troubleshoot problems and identify areas of improvement Providing support for existing products

• Collaborate with global team members and frontend developers on product delivery and design functional codes as the user requirement

• Provide functionality and technical expertise in developing analytical solutions

• Work closely with business leaders product leaders.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Statistics/Data Science/Economics/Computer Science or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.

• Ability to use superior communication problemsolving and analytical skills to frame decisions for senior management and drive optimized decisionmaking

• Able to be selfdirected and work independently to meet and exceed goals

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within Aviation/Automotive industry is preferred

Experience in Analytics domain is preferred

Handson experience in BI Tools like Tableau Power BI TIBCO Spotfire (preferred)

Strong ability to understand analytic specifications and translate the specifications into BI visualizations into the underlying code

developer inanalysis design and development

Knowledge of R or/and Python; is an asset

Good Communication skill

Analytical Mind Reasoning skills Proactive SelfStarter Work Under Pressure

Proficiency in MS Office Packages.

Basic knowledge around VBA Spotfire Knowledge of Rtool SQL Python and Tableau are added advantage

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $70000 to $80000. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
