Position: Room Attendant
Department: Housekeeping
Location: RIU Palace Phuket Mai Khao Thailand.
About the Role
As a Room Attendant you will play a crucial role in our team contributing to the overall guest experience and ensuring operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for cleanliness guest comfort and luxury hospitality.
What Youll Do
- Clean and service guest rooms bathrooms and balconies to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Restock all guest room amenities linens and supplies accurately.
- Report any maintenance issues damages or lost-and-found items to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for inspected and prepared according to RIU standards before guest arrival.
- Provide a warm professional and courteous response to any guest inquiries or requests.
What Were Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential. We value a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail good time management and a high personal standard for cleanliness.
- Education/Certifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Other Requirements: Availability physical requirements language skills etc.
