We are seeking a reliable proactive and experienced Site Manager to join an Outstanding secondary school in Oxford. This full-time permanent role is central to the smooth and safe day-to-day running of the school premises ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standard and that the learning environment remains safe clean and welcoming.

Experience and Qualifications
Proven experience in site management facilities or estates maintenance (school experience desirable)
Strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations COSHH and risk assessment
Ability to manage maintenance staff contractors and budgets effectively
Skilled in general maintenance minor repairs and compliance record-keeping
Excellent communication problem-solving and time-management skills
Relevant trade IOSH or facilities qualification desirable
