Job Summary
ICT Support Analyst Provide Desktop & Network Support and Hardware Maintenance Redbridge
A technology-focused secondary school in Redbridge is seeking a skilled and proactive ICT Support Analyst to join their technical team from January 2026.
Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience providing technical support (hardware software networking) in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and repair desktop PCs laptops and peripheral hardware.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
School Information
You will be part of a small dedicated IT team responsible for supporting over 1200 users and maintaining over 500 devices. The school offers an Outer London salary and excellent training opportunities with a dedicated budget for you to pursue relevant technical certifications (e.g. CompTIA Microsoft).
