Experience and Qualifications
- Proven experience providing technical support (hardware software networking) in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS Microsoft 365 and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to diagnose and repair desktop PCs laptops and peripheral hardware.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical staff.
