Position SummaryThe Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities nurturing client relationships and promoting GSR Groups services and products. This role requires excellent communication strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.
Youll be responsible for developing leads presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients and managing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify contact and qualify potential clients through research networking and outreach (calls emails social media).
Conduct sales presentations product demos or consultations to highlight the value of GSR Groups offerings.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
Prepare and present proposals quotations and service agreements.
Track client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM software or internal tracking systems.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure seamless client onboarding.
Market Research & Business Development
Stay up to date with market trends competitor activities and customer needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Participate in promotional events online marketing efforts and networking activities.
Provide feedback to management on client trends challenges and service improvement opportunities.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience
High school diploma required; bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 13 years of sales experience preferably in B2B or service-based industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to connect with clients at all levels.
Confident presentation and negotiation abilities.
Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated driven and results-oriented.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce or Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
