We are expanding our sales team and seeking motivated goal-driven Sales Representatives who are passionate about helping clients exceeding targets and contributing to the companys ongoing success.

Position Summary

The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities nurturing client relationships and promoting GSR Groups services and products. This role requires excellent communication strong interpersonal skills and a results-oriented mindset.

Youll be responsible for developing leads presenting tailored solutions to prospective clients and managing accounts to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Identify contact and qualify potential clients through research networking and outreach (calls emails social media).

  • Conduct sales presentations product demos or consultations to highlight the value of GSR Groups offerings.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Follow up on leads promptly and convert them into new business opportunities.

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with company goals.

  • Prepare and present proposals quotations and service agreements.

  • Track client interactions and pipeline progress using CRM software or internal tracking systems.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure seamless client onboarding.

Market Research & Business Development

  • Stay up to date with market trends competitor activities and customer needs.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.

  • Participate in promotional events online marketing efforts and networking activities.

  • Provide feedback to management on client trends challenges and service improvement opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High school diploma required; bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field preferred.

  • Minimum of 13 years of sales experience preferably in B2B or service-based industries.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills able to connect with clients at all levels.

  • Confident presentation and negotiation abilities.

  • Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.

  • Self-motivated driven and results-oriented.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce or Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
