Advantra is partnering with a major financial services organization to hire a Salesforce Production Support Engineer to provide L2 and L3 support for Salesforce applications and related integrations. This role ensures system reliability operational excellence and stable deployments across multiple Salesforce environments.
About the role
You will support Sales Cloud Service Cloud and key integrations like Riva and Autoforce. The role focuses on monitoring production health resolving incidents managing releases and maintaining system stability. You will work closely with technical teams and business users to ensure smooth operations and adherence to SLAs.
Responsibilities

Provide L2 and L3 production support for Salesforce applications and integrations.

Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.

Manage Riva and Autoforce deployments and configurations.
-
Analyze incidents identify root causes and implement preventive actions.

Coordinate with users vendors and technical teams to resolve issues.
-
Support deployment and release management activities.
-
Maintain detailed operational documentation and incident logs.
-
Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours maintenance.
-
Ensure compliance with SLAs and ITIL-based processes.
Core requirements

4 years of Salesforce production support or administration experience.

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning Apex SOQL and Service Console.

Proven experience managing Riva and Autoforce deployments.

Strong troubleshooting and incident triage skills.

Experience in release and environment management for Salesforce.

Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident problem and change management.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations.

Strong analytical mindset and structured documentation habits.

Experience supporting Salesforce integrations and API connectivity.
Nice to have

Salesforce Administrator certification.
