Skill set/work experience:

Ability to work with Companies to bring- them on-board complete necessary due diligence and on- board them on E4 Tracks
Drafting Agreements Contracts
Has a sound understanding of Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) Companies Act
Shareholding agreements startup contracts RBI regulations
Ability to manage senior stakeholders across Business units and within E4 team
Self-driven individual with commitment to delivering tangible results
Demonstrated ability to stretch and multi-task with high levels of ownership
Balancing priorities and coping with a demanding workload often against tight deadlines
Effectively communicating with people at all levels of the organization
Team player acting with humility and discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
5 years experience in a similar role with good understanding of startup compliances FEMA guidelines RBI rules
