Sr. Laravel Developer

At WebMob Technologies we’re looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Laravel Developer who thrives on building high-performance back-end systems and leading a dynamic team.

If you have a strong grip on Laravel and modern web technologies and a knack for mentoring others we’d love to have you onboard.

Requirements and Skills:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Laravel (including Illuminate and Eloquent ORM).
• Proven track record of leading teams (4–5 members) and managing end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong understanding of Relationships Eloquent ORM and OOP concepts.
• Experience in REST API creation and integration.
• Good knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML JavaScript/jQuery Ajax and CSS3.
• Sound understanding of security standards and data protection in PHP.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git GitHub Bitbucket).
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must have developed or contributed to a minimum of 5 Laravel projects in a professional capacity.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain scalable web applications using Laravel and related technologies.
• Ensure high performance responsiveness and security of applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 developers providing technical guidance and conducting regular code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Develop RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end systems.
• Maintain code integrity organization and documentation standards.
• Oversee database design optimization and performance tuning.
• Conduct risk analysis for new technologies and recommend best practices.
• Stay updated with Laravel advancements AI-integrated frameworks and emerging web technologies.

Will be a Plus:

• Experience with Cloud servers (AWS DigitalOcean etc.).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with or advanced front-end frameworks.
• Experience in AI-assisted frameworks or tools integration.
