Job Summary

Manage overall store operations including receiving storing and issuing construction materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper material labeling and storage.
Coordinate with procurement and project teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
Perform regular stock checks reconciliations and audits.
Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store area.
Monitor material usage and wastage ensuring cost control and efficiency.
Supervise storekeepers and logistics staff.
Prepare monthly inventory and usage reports for management review.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Logistics Supply Chain or any equivalent.
Minimum 5 years experience in store or warehouse management (construction industry preferred).
Good knowledge of inventory systems and documentation.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and store management software.
