Job Summary

  • Manage overall store operations including receiving storing and issuing construction materials.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper material labeling and storage.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Perform regular stock checks reconciliations and audits.
  • Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store area.
  • Monitor material usage and wastage ensuring cost control and efficiency.
  • Supervise storekeepers and logistics staff.
  • Prepare monthly inventory and usage reports for management review.


Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Logistics Supply Chain or any equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in store or warehouse management (construction industry preferred).

  • Good knowledge of inventory systems and documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and store management software.
