Job Summary
- Supervise and coordinate site construction activities to ensure smooth execution.
- Implement work programs according to project schedule and specifications.
- Liaise with consultants subcontractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor quality of workmanship material usage and compliance with design requirements.
- Conduct toolbox meetings safety inspections and enforce site safety rules.
- Prepare daily site progress reports and submit to Site Manager/Construction Manager.
- Verify subcontractor claims and progress measurements.
- Assist in planning and scheduling site resources including manpower and equipment.
- Ensure works are completed on time and in accordance with project standards.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or any equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of site supervision experience in high-rise projects.
- Strong technical and leadership abilities.
- Knowledge of construction drawings methods and safety regulations.
- Proactive responsible and able to work under minimal supervision.
