Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and motivated English-speaking Conversion Agent to join our team in the Georgia office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential leads introducing them to the companys trading platforms and converting prospects into active traders through effective communication and sales techniques.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Contact new leads via phone email and chat to promote the companys products and services
Build rapport with potential clients and explain the benefits of trading with the company
Guide clients through the registration and deposit process
Maintain a deep understanding of the companys trading platforms and offerings
Achieve individual and team sales targets
Provide excellent service and support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term engagement
Requirements
Fluent English speaker (additional languages are an advantage)
Minimum 6 months experience as a Conversion Agent within the Forex industry
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven and sales-oriented mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced multicultural environment
EU passport or willingness to relocate to Georgia (relocation support provided)
