Job Summary
Skills and Competencies
10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives preferably in a global financial services or technology environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams SharePoint Concur).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
High level of discretion integrity and professionalism.
Experience working in a matrixed multinational organization.
Familiarity with corporate governance and board-level communications.
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems.
Collaborative mindset and ability to build relationships across diverse teams.
Education
Bachelors degree or Masters in Commerce Science Business Administration Communications or a related field.
Responsibilities
Manage the MDs calendar including scheduling internal and external meetings travel arrangements and event coordination across time zones.
Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
Serve as a liaison between the MD and senior leadership board members clients and external stakeholders.
Coordinate executive communications including email phone calls and virtual meetings.
Track and follow up on key action items and deliverables across multiple teams and business units.
Support the MD in preparing for board meetings presentations and strategic planning sessions.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise sound judgment in all interactions.
Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the MD.
